Young Person of the Year Award
The B.J. Metz Young Person of the Year award recognizes outstanding students from the Easton area high schools who demonstrate the Rotary ideal of “service above self” in school, community, and family activities. It carries with it a $1,000 prize. The award is named in honor of Mr. B.J. Metz, a past president of the Club and former Rotary District Governor. He has for many years served as editor of the Club’s newsletter, The Felloe.

The young person must be nominated by an adult (a parent, teacher, friend, etc.). The nomination can be emailed to chairperson Mark Haldaman.
After that, the two parts to the application should be completed. Each is to be filled out online at Google Forms.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact chairperson Mark Haldaman.
