Students of the Month

Our program featured the popular Students of the Month Awards. Each student receives a certificate and a $400 check. This week we recognized the following High School seniors:

 

July: Kimberly Kinara, Easton High: Kimberly has recorded over 750 hours of community service. She is the Vice President of DECA and FBLA and the Head Director for Rover Prints. She is the founder of the African Student Association and is a two-time recipient of the ittle Rock Nine Award of Excellence. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Business Honor Society. She hopes to attend College and pursue a medical career.

 

August: Avery Errico, Wilson High: Avery is Vice President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and a member of the National Honor Society. She is a member of the Warrior Service Club and is in the midst of a project to bring Thanksgiving to needy families. She is Captain of both the Cross Country and Track and Field teams, a member of the President’s Council, and a member of the Homecoming Court. She is President of the Wilson Buddies who, in full Barbie mode, participated in the recent Miracle League Halloween Party.

 

September: Wilmary Abreu Duarte, CIT and Easton High: Wilmary’s strength lies in her Marketing ability. She has worked at the Just Babies Clubhouse Daycare for two years. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. She is a SkillsUSA member and Ambassador, and Treasurer of DECA. She is the CEO and Manager of Snack Shack at CIT. She is a member of FLBA and is already taking classes at NCC.
